Store Policies:
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online from IYC Design. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased online, you may return the item within 3 days for a store credit or exchange. The buyer will be responsible for the cost of shipping, handleling, and other charges.
The item must be returned in like-new condition, in original packaging, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.
Damage Policy:
Inspect orders immediately upon arrival for damage. File claim with customer service 305 769-8981 within the date of delivery. All returned products must be 100% complete in original boxes and packaging must be ample for product protection. If return guidelines are not followed, full credit will not be issued. Enter information about how long it takes for orders to be filled from your store. Use a conservative estimate so you set buyer expectations accordingly.
