Store Policies:
We want you to be fully satisfied with every item that you purchase online from IYC Design. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased online, you may return the item within 3 days for a store credit or exchange.There will be a 25% restock fee for the items purchased.The buyer will be also responsible for the cost of shipping, handleling, and other charges.

All returns MUST be approved in advanced and must have an Return Authorization number (RA#). Unapproved returns will not be credited and shipment will be refused.

The item must be returned in like-new condition, in original packaging, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full credit.

Damage Policy:
Inspect orders immediately upon arrival for damage. File claim with customer service 305 769-8981 within the date of delivery. All returned products must be 100% complete in original boxes and packaging must be ample for product protection. If return guidelines are not followed,credit will not be issued.

Cancellations:
Any orders that are able to be canceled are subject to an 8% processing fee, and must be done within 24 hours of the original order date. Cancellations MUST be confirmed and acknowledged by a customer service representative at IYC Design Decor
